Indonesia Stock Loans is a private financing platform built for substantial transactions secured by equity listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX / Bursa Efek Indonesia). We do one thing: arrange discreet, principal-led financing — and, where a sale is the better answer, privately-negotiated block trades — for major shareholders, founders, controlling families, and listed corporates.
We are not a bank, a broker, or a call centre. We are a small group of principals who combine Indonesian capital-markets experience with the discretion that serious shareholders expect, and the relationships required to fund seriously.
A serious shareholder should be able to raise capital against what they own — without selling it, and without noise.

We act as an arranger and introducer of share-backed financing, structuring and coordinating transactions alongside licensed and appropriately authorised Indonesian lenders, custodians, and counsel. Any activity requiring a licence is conducted through, or together with, entities that hold it.
